Denise J. McCarthy
Attorney Denise J. McCarthy has worked with hundreds of families of varying backgrounds and means to establish their estate plans as a partner at the law firm of Cody, Cody & McCarthy, LLC (servicing Greater Boston area). She has also developed a specialization in helping families execute the estate plan of a deceased relative. She has seen the ramifications of poorly prepared estate plans and been there to coach surviving spouses and daughters through the tough issues they face. As a daughter, wife, mother, business owner, and alumnae of an all-women’s college, Denise is passionate about educating women about this area of law.
